YAMARA is an Emmy winner, operational manager at Taller Salud, filmmaker, content creator and a dreamer. She is a experienced producer with a demonstrated history of working in the entertainment industry. Skilled in feature films, documentaries, television, advertising, music videos and web content.
In 2011, she won her first Emmy Award as producer of the documentary Sonó Sonó Tite Curet Alonso, a project made for the Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. In 2014 she produced her first documentary for the DocTV Latin America series. In 2016 her second documentary for the same series, Wonder Woman on Wheels, gave her the second Emmy Award for Best Topical Documentary. Both DocTV documentaries were broadcasted in 20 countries across Latin America. Recently she produced the internationally recognized web series Mundo Breve which has received more than 20 awards in countries such as Russia, India, Germany, United States, among others.
